Haiti's Hip Hop Generation Celebrate 2011 Inauguration of Michel Martelly

As Haiti get ready for the new president Michel Martelly aka "Sweet Mickey" General Rouj is rallying the kreyol hip hop youth in north Haiti.

"This is the best time to mobilize, not only for music but the future of my homeland", General Rouj states.

As the president will be inaugurated on May 14, 2011 its the best opportunity to unite all the youth and music artists that we can to support the new president of Haiti for the future.

Kreyol Hip Hop groups including Union Force, SORAPSOL, Dream Men, Zoe Click, Jerusalem Squad, Massif Clan, PBS Clan, K-Tastrof, B5, MKR, Lazer Click, Seminary and many more have joined to celebrate on this Haitian Flag Day, May 18th. As General Rouj prepares for his album coming this September 2011 look out for some of his tracks including "Corruption" on the UNION FORCE MIXTAPE VOL 1. As music progresses in Haiti look for General Rouj not only on mixtapes and albums, but also on upcoming movies and videos by Gary Davis of Chocolate Star Entertainment.
