I can argue both sides.

Duvalier wsa able to do what he did because of no term-limits.

However, the opposite effect occurs when there is no accountability to the presidency by just doing one term.

Somewhere, there is a happy medium.

I favor 2 terms if we shorten it to 4 years per term and no more than 2 terms like the US. That way, no matter how powerful you become, you have to leave.
