Diaspora can not go to haiti to clean the streets.

Haitian who lives in haiti are the one who dirty the streets they need to clean it themselves.

Haitian need to learn how to keep their land clean, stop throwing trash in the street.

Governnment need to fine them for trowing things in the street this is haitian mentality.Most haitian depend on diaspora to take care them and now you want diaspora to go clean their mess for them hell no.Go clean it yourself diaspora have enough of haitian responsibility, haitian cochon trop.
