This is great and this will propell Haiti into a new generation of time. This was an old Law that was generated by people that wanted to keep our people down and opperessed.

Yes they was holding Haiti back from progression.

Many people like myself was born in Haiti and moved to the states to better ourself and our families.

So why not let us come back to Haiti and support our people when are now able to do so with our finances and education.

Yes I agree with the new law and I say that its about time that we grow up and stop tripping :-)
