That is approx # believed to be in Haiti BEFORE the Jan 2010 quake.

I saw a report to the UN by Bill Clinton claiming 100,000 in Port au Prince alone.

Now maybe that was a figure of speech, maybe it was a good estimate, maybe it was a misprint.

I think the fact that everyone can agree on is that NO ONE really knows how many there are, and their ability to cooperate and coordinate their aid to Haiti, is itself a disaster.
