THAT IS QUITE A GOOD POINT HERE WITH THIS TOPIC.

I BELIEVE NGOS ARE HURTING HAITI MUCH MORE THAN THEY ARE HELPING HER. NGOS ARE NOT ALLOWING THE HAITIAN GOVERMENT TO CONCENTRATE ON SOME OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES AFFECTING THIS BEAUTIFUL NATION.

WHY SHOULD NGOS HAVE SUCHA CONTROL OF A COUNTRY?

I JUST HOPE THE NEW PRESIDENT WILL HAVE THE GUTS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT
