Returning the money to the government to be used for the neediest is a pretty good idea, but excuse me, which government they are referring to:The old, the bad and the heartless government or a new government with honest and caring people who really understand the needs of the majority of families with children who are experiencing terrible financial hardships and unable to meet both ends. We have lost faith in our system of government
