Dear Haitian Critic, aprreciation is given to: "Education for all Haitian Children".

I do not disqualified Haitian Education System...at the contrary...I want it accessible for all the Young Population of Haiti...

(not only for the Elite).

When I say:"Education in New Technology Skills for the present Work Force - Primary, Secondary, Collegial and University Education Levels for all the growing population" I want to secure a future for the people of Haiti.

Why investing $$$ in an ARMY...What we need are Qualified Teachers that will develop the aptitudes of Young Children (people of today) at becoming the leaders of tomorrow.

It is evident that ARMY TRAINING is more simple than the EDUCATIONAL SCHOOLING but, it will lead no where and if it does...it will be simply take over power on the population...

(restraining the Poor Mass Class and sustain the Elite, that is more than a FACT in Haiti).

Look at todays overall situation in Haiti...?

Who is ready to take over the destiny of Haiti...

(the MASS cannot be...

or access because, the MASS is not educated in World New Technology), only the Elite can and do...

Identify 5000 Strong Resumes (which is needed), of soldiers that will carry a modern education to the Mass and give to the Mass the needed knowledge to pull out Haiti from a Past Corrupted Governance.

(Most of the recruted soldiers will not speak the International Business Languages - will be Computer Illeterate - having Limited Technology Skills and more...).

The ARMY PROPOSAL satisfies a Group of Past Haitans Leaders (with little scholarship) because, their tasks will be easier to carry...and their limited schoolarship qualified them to do it...but, what is realy needed...is Top of the Modern Technology EDUCATORS THAT WILL CARRY EDUCATION FOR THE MASS.

?Why giving TUXEDOS to soldiers at this moment...give it to Modern Qualified Educators.

Then, from Graduate Students create a Civil Emergency Squad qualified to prevent and/or resolve any Nature Catastrophy to come.

The ELITE should look behind them and see at the POTENTIAL for a better future of the Haitian Mass Population.

I gave respect to Creole Educational System but again, you limit the young generation at having access to the FAST WORLD EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS (Go Internet and try to get a Creole Education, you will spend a life time at learning only the BASICS).

Gave a chance to the MASS...if you want a future...invest in the future.

As the Social Ambassador of tomorrow, I hope this few comments will make you realise that the MASS needs Educated Person as you are for a better future and do not need SOLDIERS teaching the use of Guns & Weapons.
