Haiti needs an army as a sovereign country.

We need specially for our internal security as a government and also to maintain peaceful order in our citizen and foreigners lives at home. However, as a child, I remember Haiti had an army, a naval base, and local policemen.

The whole outfit was very prestigious and it shows that Haiti was a country among all others.

There is no question about Haiti having a police force.

As mentioned, if our neighbor has the need for one to maintain peaceful order, it is essential that we reinstitute ours and use it for peace of mind of the citizen of the country.
