In Haiti we need to schollar a population of 7 Million people from Elementary to College.

We need to form teachers, educate the Kids - skill trane the workers and socialise the population.

There is no need at this time to create an Army of Illeterate Soldiers that have a poor career formation and cannot bring valuable services to the Haitians.

We don't need to dress - feed - and provide arms to unuseful sodiers (we don't need to protect the President -members of Parlement and the residents...

We Trail Corruption = No more Problems.

Put the $$$ in Education, sorry to say:
"there is too many illeterate in Haiti and the Ones with scholarship formation did not acheived much...

Don't open a window of Corruption through an unneeded Army made of illiterate soldiers with no civil formation
