I think it is a mistake for the president to invite Duvalier because the former president is having the justice system after him for corruption.The president will sure lose some friends that can cost him big time. As haitian he (Martelli) would invite him if he (JCD) was cleared by the justice system.

It is proof that the system is really broken.

Aristide did a such mistake by inviting (gang-chimere) to the national palace becauce he thought they could him in power.
