The answer is simple.Why is there an international army in haiti?

That means Haiti needs one.The police force can not solve the problem of unsecurity with such level.

We never had that level of unsecurity in the streets when the army was there.

We have more gangs now.And also it is an institution guaranteed by the constitution of Haiti.

Aristide made the mistake of destroying our army because he loves power and glory too much, instead of reforming it at that time. He should remove the bad guys off the institution.

Everybody knew who were they?

We need a professional army, trained to help in case of natural catastrophes and combat gangs at all level within the country.
