THE MONEY IS COMING FROM TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL CALLS, AND MONEY TRANSFERS,

1) 5 cents on each call not from Haitians in Haiti, but from the person in the diaspora making the call. I will be move than happy to pay $0.25, and he wants FIVE CENTS.

2) $1.00 PER TRANSFER TO HAITI, AND I WILL PAY $2.00 IN A HEARTBEAT.

AGAIN THE FEE WILL NOT BE PAID BY THE RECEIVERS, BUT BY THE SENDERS AND MY FRIEND THIS IS WHERE SOME OF THE MONEY WILL BE COMING FOR FREE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

I hope that I will be able to answer the questions on this site, and PRESIDENT OBAMA had to publish his birth certificate today because they are trying to say he was not born in the USA. I know President Martelly will be placed under a microscope, and pray that he develops a very thick skin. He has good intentions, and love the country.
