Martelly funded by CIA?

Do you really think this agency would spend that much money for this office, when the real power lies with prime minister and majority party?

and, why do you assume the CIA is that interested in such a poor country?

Tell me the great advantage the US receives from "controlling" Haiti?

I have been in/out of Haiti for 30 years and tire of all those who seem to think the CIA is behind everything in the country.
