Yes I beleieve is a good idea for the primary school but I beleive Mr Martelly should go far away then that and ask the contribution to the other contry close to Haiti their contribution to build pubbic secondary school because the young peoples in Haiti must completed their secodary to have a better chance in the life in their contry and every where they will go in the world !!1 Now the secondary is the must every where in the word Think about it Mr Martelly
