Mme Cherubin screamed fraud, because she do not want to go to jail. It is to late dear where were you when all those frauds happening and you say nothing since you know things are getting serious the president will not tolerate those behavior.All you have to do now is to repent then God will have mercy on you.The Haitians people are said: enough is enough.
