It no longer makes a difference in Haiti where the illiteracy rate continues to soar even among those that go to school.

We must admit that Haiti as a country is like a patient with a desease that has no available cure. It is dying and therefore, it will do anything while being alive because it has nothing to loose and nothing to gain. Haiti is like a ship with no captain that creates the perfect opportunity for pirates to make strides.

I am not here to badmmouth anyone who desires to honorably and respectfully serve Haiti.

Once elected by the people, they have a mission to carry out. That mission does, by no means, place them above the law. If they have committed crimes, then they are criminals and can't be trusted with national affairs.
