Instead of simply condemn the fraud president Martelly need to remind the Haitian people that CEP will stand before our justice system for such crime and the author of those acts will go to prison.

A lesson for this new government are you going to be friendly with those Criminals, remember in the past Chimeres cost Aristid his presidential seat.
