Konfreres!

This is the time. There is certainly in the liberal system a stability, insurance, a capacity of response to the difficulties of the moment, which amaze many of us. However, this system is not easily acceptable and will have consequences on the most unfortunate.

We wonder, if the current system in Haiti will be our future when for the first time in our history, we see decimation of our internal growth by the Neighboring Country, a destruction that pushes us with so many irregularities.
