When I was reading this article I shook my head, because when I read Haitilibre article they said he will be in DC for three days meaning at least one those days he will have opportunity to meet the secretary.

Friends let stop that foolishness by trying to put MR Martelly down because if his policy fail then it's all of us who fail just think about it.We need to change the negative mentality I know it's going to take time but I think we should give it try at least.Let's put our head together to help him in any ways we can, because Haiti needs all of us if we divided Haiti will perish.
