1) Haiti is not really that small.

It is in fact a large territory that is folded (crumpled) into a little space.

Try flattening the landmass and
for a smal country like haiti entertainment, good food and tourism is where the money is at. you would be surprised at how big it actually is. If you crumple a peice of paper you can have an idea. Remember that it is a land of mountains.

Land management is what is lacking.

2)Agricultural production provides food, employment, stimulates local industry, creativity and economic stability.

The land is there.

With proper management all of those local goals can be acheived.

How we accomplish this without trade barriers is another story.

3)Entertainment is a complex business.

It requires a kind of tourism that is sustainable year round and spans the whole territory.

Local tourists in that respect are the best customers.

Their movements set the tone and create the climate for valorisation of assets.The other kind of tourists come second place.
