Mr. Martelly is nobody's fool am certain that his decision is his, and no one can be forced or coerce him to do anybody's bidding.

If he decides to retain Mr. Bellerive as his choice of Prime Minister, there is more to this than meets the eyes. He must have been monitoring Mr. Bellerive performance during his stint in the previous government, and thus, prompt his strange decision.

Let's hope Mr. Bellerive rises to the occasion, and serves with distinction, and erases previous misconceptions people may have had about him.
