North Carolina is not heaven, but people feel safe about taking their families and partners there to help out those in need.

Haiti has to guarentee people's safety first before any talk of being properfly supported.

The government should know that Haiti will never get the help they truly need, until the people that are willing to help can feel safe about going to Haiti.

Security is the foundation of everything in any society.
