Tyrell i see what you mean clearly.

I agree that the salary of officers will have to come into play. I was just thinking of patriotism, and miss that important aspect.

Clearly officers will have to be properly compensated - 600, 900 or 1200 depending on rank.

I am glad somebody sees the importance of order, security for safety.

I SAY IT AGAIN WITHOUT SECURITY AND SAFETY THERE WILL BE NO PEACE AND HAITI WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE.

HAITI NEEDS A MILITARY ARMY AND A STRONG NATIONAL POLICE FORCE.

In the past the Military was used to enforce a political praty's agenda or the president's, but this new Army's agenda will be to SERVE THE PEOPLE and THE NATION not the President or a political party.

They shall never take up arms against the people, that is the job of the National Police in order to enforce internal laws.

Let's keep the ideas moving, we need a new Haiti and that means new ideas from us.
