With Michel as president the next elections will ot have preliminary results but official, and the Official results will be given in 3 days. That is a safe cushion for the some of the blahblah, and this 3 day Official results we must have

1) Electrical Plants, at least four one North, one South, one East and one West. We have plenty of water to make this electricity.

Absolutely no nuclear plants and energy in Haiti.

2) Solar Energy to suplement the electrical plants.

We have plenty of sun to bring energy practically everywere.

3) A Military Force to take the place of MINUSTHA.

Minustha is playing about 15,000 soldiers about 1,500 US dollars a month that equals to 22,500,000 US million dollars.

(15,000 x 1,500 = 22,500,500).

So, if you hire 5 Haitians (4 men and one woman) at $300 US dollars a month that would equal 60,000 Haitian soldiers (1,500 / 300 = 5 x 15,000 = 75,000), and those 75,000 are connected to 75,000 families.

15,000 thousand of the 75.000 can be brought into the National Police, which would leave you with a military force of 60,000. Every Soldier and every Police will be paid 300 a month, because it is not about money and rank but about Haiti and Safety.

The Military can be used during times of national emergencies such as floods, cyclones and who knows earthquakes.

Bottom line is WITHOUT SAFETY IN THE COUNTRY ALL THE PLANS AND IDEAS ARE NOT GOING TO GO ANYWHERE, BECAUSE THE DIASPORA IS NOT GOING TO INVEST AND NEITHER WILL THE INTERNATION BUSINESSES.

WHO NEEDS TO GO AND INBEST SOMEWERE THAT IS TOTALLY DARK, AND WHERE YOUR FAMILY CAN BE KIDNAPPED AND RAPE ANY DAY AND ANY TIME.

WITHOUT SECURITY HAITI IS NOT GOING ANYWHER - IT WILL BE ALL TALK.
