Yesterday, after President Preval voted he said to the media that the fact that there were material problems at the votin stations were not his responsibility, but is the responsibility of CEP.
No one said nothing!
A couple of weeks ago, Presidential Candidate Martelly had said during the debate with Manigat that he was not responsible for his real state investments, but that his real state agent Ms. Magloire was.
Everyone said something!
