Haitian People, Stay Calm and No Mistake!

I, Lavaud Hold Desmoulins, a.k.a., The C.R.J., encourage my Haitian people to stay calm and remain calm. Some radio stations had begun to publish the partial results before the C.E.P. Officials warned them to stop. They have complied.

Don't get frustrated by the partial results if your candidate is not leading.

Your candidates should have legal teams to argue any unsatisfactory final result if they want to do so. The country is in life support, but not hopeless.

President Preval will be succeeded very soon by the winning candidate.
