Professor Lesly Manigat Is NOT Dead, he just voted!

There is a rumor circulating earlier today that professor and former Haitian president Lesly Manigat is DEAD.

This is not true at all, as a matter of fact, Professor Leslie Manigat cast his vote not too long ago at Lycee Horacius Laventure in Delmas 75 according to Haitian radio station Vizion 2000.

So for the reccord...
