Pantalon size 38 found on Eastern Parkway with carack on right pocket

The office of lost and found just find a brown pair of pants with a crack pipe on the left pocket.

The pair of pants were intercepted on Eastern Park Way and Ralph Ave in Brooklyn.

Resident on that neighborhood believe that an Haitian pseudo musician was seen walking in that neighborhood wearing the exact brown pants before he returned to Haiti.

Police kept the pants and the pipe for DNA testing.

The Department of traffic is examining the street camera to verify and confirm the evidences and use them against the pseudo musician when they deems that it will be appropriate
