My concerns for the new Haiti

I personally think that Martelly's speech is too plain.

I need him to explain how his government will develop the agriculture as we all know that in this country there is no irrigation and rain is always a disaster.

Also the kidnapping is still a big issued in the country, how Michel Martelly plans to secure the country so people like me can go and invest and create jobs in Haiti
