I did read the article;the campaign hired a company to make those"awareness calls".They used a company they thought was reputable if this company is not licensed under FCC then any violation that company should pay the fines.

Remember also that newspaper have it own agendas to wrote the story, pure and simple is to spread fear. Creol pale creol kompran!fire up! fire up!
