no one in his/her right mind, no sane people will help elect an individual with such a past, its not going to happen even in Haiti.

Richelle you are in the Health related field, as an intelligent woman you choose a competent doctor for proceduires not a charlatant.

good luck with your project, remeber to do a bakground check on the prospective students.
