Baby Doc's entourage destroyed the country, and he was just a kid. He wanted to have fun, and chase girls.

He was 18 years old, and his father surrounded him with a few elders.

I grew up under Papa Doc, and can say my family was victimized under his reign of terror.

I can honestly say that I saw the good, bad, and very ugly under his regime.

Duvalier Sr. did not play, and put the international community in his place.

He did a lot of bad things, but also did good and the airport he built still exist today.

The ones from 1986 to 2011 have done zero, but have gotten pretty wealthy and they started with nada. I am not for either ones, but saw the difference between the Haiti I knew growing up and the one today.
