The green, white and yellow colors were flying high in Cap Haitien as INITE allied with FANMI LAVALAS to exercise to plan to eliminate Michel Martelly from winning the second round.

Plusieurs milliers de personnes ont manifeste ce vendredi a travers les rues de la cite Capoise, ils demandaient le retour avant le 20 mars 2010, date du second tour, de l'ex President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, en exile en Afrique du Sud depuis 2004. Faisait egalement parti de leurs revendications, l'annulation des elections.

A la tete de la manifestions se trouvait Nawoom Marcellus, candidat au senat de la plateforme INITE, qui affrontera Westner Polycarpe de ALTERNATIV pour le departement du Nord.

Aucun incident n'a ete deplore et une nouvelle manifestation est prevue pour ce lundi pour marquer le septieme anniversaire du renversement d'Aristide, le 29 fevrier 2004, date ou il quitta haiti a bord d'un avion americain.
