Do you know Manno Charlemagne?

You can't teach new tricks to an old dog Emmanuel "Manno" Charlemagne a "popular singer" who also like profanity was elected Mayor of Port-au-Prince during Preval's 1st term. Wycleff Jean and the Fugees made their 1st trip to Haiti.

A number of activities were taken place at the occasion including a reception at the National palace with Preval and PM Smark Michel an outdoor concert at Bicentaire.

Mano Charlemagne came on stage before thousands of people start singing "KOULANGET MAN'MAN OUBLAN" BLAN AMERIKIN ALA OU ANRAJE YON TI PEYI KON HAITI, GADE SA OU FE LI....Sweet Micky is Sweet Micky, the PR firm is trying very hard, but Micky will not make it.
