As I said before, it is time we take away that exil thing out of our system.When Haiti calls you you have to go back. We put our ex leaders to exile and what do we do after they are gone?

I do not as per say forgive the Duvaliers!!! mind you.

We sit there and let them strip the Country of its economy and let them leave with the money.

Anyway next time we are going to hear that Cedras wants to come back home.Same as Preval.
