I totally agree with you Josline.

Governing a country is not about age, but it about qualifications.

A person could even go further and say that governing a country is about moving away from what has not worked in the past.

Unfortunately for Mrs. Manigat some are questioning her ability to allow her qualifications to surface from her memory, because the other day she forget two important aspects of Haiti's international relations agenda while visiting President Leonel Fernandez in the Dominican Republic's Presidential Palace.
