I am a citizen Haitian, i was born and raised in Haiti, since i was a toddler i heard people always said...before the departure of Mr Jean Claude Duvalier He said that" li kite yon sigaret limen nan 2 pwent peyi a" so at this point i had three things crossing on my mind...first of all, is it true he said that. second of all, i'd like to know what does that mean. third of all, is he came back to defeat what he was done ...thanks, hopefully i have an answer to my questions if is not worthed
