A few weeks aback, I wrote a comment and I stated that the reason why Mr. Jean Claude Duvalier has returned to Haiti is that, He is broke.

I also pointed to Switzerland's new banking regulation "lex Duvalier", name after Mr. Duvalier; which authorizes the bank to declare and freeze assets of dictators who had fled their country with illgotten money sotolen from the coffers of their country.

However, my good friend Mr. Ronald Altieri took me to task on my comment and disagreed with me.He also reminded me that a man's health is his whealth., I did not fully grasp why he had to make allusion to this, when clearly, it had no place for discussion in my comment.

Neverheless, the passage of time has proven that I was right.
