Yes, he can. First of all, there are more young adults in Haiti; they would not be scared to stay under the sun for many hours to vote. In my opinion, he is more in touch with all different class of people, he knows their need. He is also very talented; They love his music and also dance to the sound of his music, The other candidate knows everything from the books.

Haiti had so many presidents with doctorate degrees and masters.
