The next President and Government of Haiti has to be smart and strong enough to deal with any situation that the nation might face, and if it must be a Jean-Claude or Jean-Bertrand - then let's get on with it.

It's mardi-gras time, people, and we need to have some fun. Let us have a ball by having Preval, Jean-Bertrand, Jude and Lambert get their partisans and float against the partisans and float of Charlito, Jean-Claude, Michel and Wyclef.
