The questions relating to the the Official Statement made in regard to Jude Celestin's withdrawal from the Presidential race by some Key Officials of the INITE party are:

1st- What exactly does this mean?

Answer: It means that the party is not yet United in their response; for, if they were unitied than all of them would stand behind Jude Celestin as he annouces to the world that he is withdrawing and why. Or, better yet Preval and Senator Joseph Lambert should have been by his sides as he announces this to the world.

2nd- For Jude Celestin?

Answer: It means political maturity, because he is now learning about Political Flaxibitily is in certain cases more powerful than Political Devotion.

he did not have to learn it that way he could have taken a class from Mama Mirlande.

3rd- For Rene Preval?

Answer: Can anybody tell me what Rene Preval did as President of Haiti for 10 years, besides helping with Freedom of the Press.

Oh! I forgot, he served his full first term and second term.

4th- And for Haiti?

Answer: If Inite wanted to show the youth of Haiti something, prior to the OAS Report being revealed, they should have invited Mirlande and Michel for a meeting to be televised via Live Television and express their desire to Unite no matter what the outcome of the OAS Report was.

If Inite wanted to gain some Patriotic Respect from not only their partisans but also from non-partisans, they all should stand behind their candidate as they go through this strom.

Simply because, if the party is to survive the oncoming attacks from Fanmi Lavalas and the Duvalierists then they should stand together.

Moreover, if their Senate and Deputy seats are to be given respect, then the foundation need to be strong.

En nou pousse pi devan!

The question that needs to be asked is how United the country is going to be with a controlled legislative body made of Inite Senators and Deputies, and a non-Inite President.

Bottom line is this: INITE MUST FIND A WAY TO BE PART OF THE UNION OF HAITI AND NOT ITS DIVISION.

Now there is a lot mental posturing about the international pressure to remove Jude Celestin.

Ok! Well the CEP can easily declare Jude to be eligible to go to the second round; IT IS THEIR DECISION ISN'T IT?

NO GUTS NO GLORY.

Yeah! I said it: "NO GUTS NO GLORY".

Afterwhich, they can take their case to the World Court.

But they must be careful, because if their is proof that the voting numbers were changed in favor of Celestin, then the result will be the same and their predicaments worsen.

Furthermore! We all are aware of the threat to remove support for Haiti if this presidential situation is not quickly resolved, and we all feel bad about our poor little Country being in the situation that it is, and facing sanctions (i.e. visas revoked, etcetera...)

But let us put our pride aside for a minute and really look.

Think!

What is worst a threat or our reality.

Look around you, look! Yes, Really look! Now, let us ask ourselves: "What has done more hurt, caused more pain to our Haitian Sisters and Brothers, OAS, USA, CARICOM, CANADA, UN or our own governments and their leaders?

I will give you my personal opinion in a minute, but first let me be very clear: "We all know that our Haiti has been hurt by misguided and ill-thought Foreign Policies toward our Haiti, sadly enough.

But we also come to this truth in order to start freeing our minds and see for ourselves: "IT IS NOT THE HURT OF THE MISGUIDED AND ILL-THOUGH FOREIGN POLICIES OF THE POWERS THAT BE THAT IS HURTING US THE MOST, BUT IT IS OUR LEADERS AND GOVERNMENT INTERNAL SOCIAL POLICIES THAT HAS CAUSED US THE MOST PAIN."

WE MUST START TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR NATIONS WELLBEING AND STOP BLAMING THIS AND THAT PERSON, BECAUSE THAT MENTAL APPROACH, HOWEVER MUCH TRUTH MAY BE IN IT, IS NOT THE WHOLE TRUTH.

WE MUST STAND, REMOVE OUR DENIAL AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR NATION, OUR NEIGHBOR AND OUR EVIRONMENT.

The fact that Port-Au-Prince is not clean right now has nothing to do with the OAS or MINUSTHA or USA or this and that, but it has something to do with us,

The fact that we are in this political has nothing to do with the OAS, MINUSTHA or USA or this and that, but it has something to do with us.

We need to come together and fix our problems, and right now our biggest problem is us. To realize that is a step in the right direction.

Once more: "Reality starts with a thought from the mind followed by words."

What is in your mind?

Hey! I hope i did not go too far from the subjest being focused on.
