People like Tou Lumin have to be an incarnate Paul Joseph Goebbels and a propaganda minister for the Duvalier regime or a future propagandist for the future butcher Michel Martely aka sweet Micky.

Duvalier killed over 100,000 Haitians.

He and his butchers must face justice.

No reconciliation is possible.

If the Haitians laws are weak and cannot implement this we should strengthened them otherwise the people have a moral obligation to seek vengeance as they will see fit.
