It has always been the case, and they conduct their affairs overseas.

They send their children to school outside Haiti, and get excellent medical care in the US or Europe.

They do not care about the rest of the country, and they even travel to Miami for grocery shopping.

It has benn going on for as long as I can remember, and keep bank accounts overseas.

They own million dollars homes in the best areas, and purchased them with stolen money.

They remain in Haiti to get rich on the back of the poors, and they can no longer put their money in the USA after 9/11. They now hiding it in Europe, and other small countries.

They spend more than they could ever make in a lifetime, and live in luxury while children starve to death.

It will continue unless the population rises, and demand justice.

It has always been a handful of individuals who control the country, and they all have international passports/visas.
