JCD made the mistake for flying to Haiti with an expired passport.

He came to Haiti under the pretext that he felt bad for the Haitian people...really!!! LOL! I agree, he should not be allowed to leave Haiti now. The court is still reviewing complaints against him and he should wait until a conclusion is reached.
