Jean Claude Duvalier should not have been arrested.

I truly feel sorry for those people who lost love ones during that tumultuous Duvalier era. My heart goes out to you people, notably Michelle Montas and co. who were promoting free speech for all....

HOWEVER, I don't believe that UN has the right to TELL the Haitian Government what to do with our past government officials.

In that case why don't we prosecute Mr. Bush, Mr. Cheney and other officials in Latin America like Hugo Chavez?

While we are at it, let's pick up officials from Columbia who transfer their drug cartel to Mexico, let us arrest the Mexican officials who are distributing drugs to North America.

They are all "Crime against Humanity".

Hell, why stop there, Let us confiscated bank accounts, real and personal properties of all American Southerners who owned slaves in America, this is the ultimate "Crime against Humanity".

Next we could march down to south, central America and the Caribbeans to disown everyone who profited from slavery by confiscating everything they owned.

After all there is no
Statute of Limitation against those crimes.

Right?

Look, I am not sure about Mr. Duvalier's return to Haiti, especially when he has a return ticket to France on the 20th of this month.

Why is this short visit?

To test the waters?

perhaps...

The guy is trying to return to his native as a private citizen.

In most countries, it would have been OK. But Haiti always march to a different tune.
Jean Claude looks old and feeble for his age and is trying to reach out to his people and I believe we should let him move in peacefully.

If Jean Claude is being retained, then others like Cedras, Namphy and Co. will stay in Exile and Haiti will not benefit from their money and knowledge of which could be positively good for Haiti.

Besides, Is not it Statute of Limitation for murder 20 years?

Common people let us move forward!
Let us NOT get entangle in Preval's last desperate move to stay in power.

LET JEAN CLAUDE GO!
lET JEAN CLAUDE MAKE HAITI HIS HOME.
