I do believe they have to forgive and forget or go to court.

Haiti belong to the Haitian people not to one person.Our constitution said article 41 No person of haitian nationality may be deported or forced to leave the national territory for any reason, no one may be deprived for political reasons of his legal capacity and his nationality.And I know no haitian needs a visa to leave or return to Haiti.

I believe if any haitian was persecuted by him, now they have opportunity to go to court.The state has recognize the right of every citizen.
