How could the rest of the world takes us seriously?

This is a big joke, and I would love to find out the real true about this story.

Are all the exiles going to be allowed to return to Haiti?

Which clown is behind this surprise come back?

Is it a political strategy by the present government to remain in power?

What is really going on there?

Is President Aristide the next one?
