I spent a couple of years in Haiti during is dictatorship, I can't say that I agreed with everything that went on when he was in power but why not...I think all of them should be allowed to return to Haiti.

They are all millionaires and it will be good for the economy in Haiti...the can spend the money, regardless of how they obtain it, on Haitian soil. I guess president Preval, knew that Baby Doc's plan and signed off on it. Let's think positive and hope that something good comes out of his stay...I have one suggestion for the former president, please open an account at the Banque National D'Haiti, invest in Haiti and help boost up the economy...after all, the bank went bankrupt after you left...so they said...
