You are right about the part that Preval could not have predicted mother nature and its aftermath.

But do you seriously think that Preval care enough to warn the next president about the development of Haiti?

He did not care while he is in power, why would he care about it when he is gone?

Start thinking logically man. Haiti can't afford brain drain.

Let's suppose for a strange reason that preval did care enough to warn the next president, why can't he be straight forward?

He would appear more intelligent and caring.

Nop, I will take the logical bet. He IS anticipating trouble because he knows the voters will not like what the electoral outcome is.
